Enable the languages your callers speak, and the agent holds the conversation in the caller's language — including mid-call switches between them. Hinglish (Hindi-English code-mixing, the way most of urban India actually talks on the phone) is handled natively, not as an error case.
Why the accent matters
A caller decides in the first few seconds whether they're talking to something that understands them. An American-accented "namaste" ends calls early.
Rymi's voice rule is absolute: no agent ships with a non-native voice for its language. Hindi and Indic agents run on speech models trained natively on Indian languages — Sarvam's Bulbul voices for speech synthesis, with speech recognition matched to the same languages. Where a faster or cheaper stack exists but bundles a non-native voice, Rymi does not offer it for that language. That's why there is no Hindi realtime-model tier: realtime models today bundle non-native Hindi voices, and a wrong voice is worse than a slower option.
