Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rymi platform, including the website at rymi.live, the web application at studio.rymi.live, and related APIs and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rymi Works Pvt. Ltd. ("Rymi," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. What you can do
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable plan limits.
You may:
- Configure and deploy AI voice agents using the platform.
- Make and receive calls through your agents.
- Access call recordings, transcripts, and analytics.
- Use our APIs and SDKs to integrate with your systems.
3. What you cannot do
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes, including violations of telemarketing laws (TCPA, DNC regulations, etc.).
- Make calls without proper consent where required by law.
- Misrepresent AI agents as human callers where disclosure is legally required.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone.
- Exceed rate limits or intentionally overload the platform.
These restrictions are detailed further in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Your content
- You own the content you provide to the Service, including agent configurations, prompts, and business data.
- You own the call recordings and transcripts generated by your agents.
- You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. Compliance
You are responsible for:
- Complying with all applicable laws regarding automated calls, including obtaining necessary consent.
- Maintaining required do-not-call lists and honoring opt-out requests.
- Disclosing the use of AI where required by law.
We provide compliance tools (do-not-call filtering, consent detection, recording controls) but these are aids, not guarantees of compliance. Legal responsibility remains with you.
If you process personal data of other individuals through the Service (such as call recordings of your customers), you are the data controller for that data and Rymi acts as your processor. A data processing addendum (DPA) is available on request at legal@rymi.live.
6. Pricing and payment
- Pricing is per minute of call time, based on your selected tier. Call time is billed in 30-second increments, rounded up to the next half-minute.
- Calls draw down a prepaid credit balance — you top up in advance, and usage is deducted as calls connect.
- Refunds for unused credit are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
- Phone line costs are billed separately by your telephony provider.
- Browser-based calls incur no additional telephony charges.
7. Service availability
- We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice when possible.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
- The Service — including its software, models, design, documentation, and branding — is owned by Rymi and protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the license in Section 2, these Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property, including our trademarks.
- If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In particular, we do not warrant that AI-generated output — including agent responses, transcripts, summaries, and analytics — will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Features marked as beta or preview are provided for evaluation and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- We are not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, or lost data.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law or regulation.
- Calls made by your AI agents.
12. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Your data will be available for export for 30 days.
- Refunds of remaining prepaid credit on cancellation are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
15. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rymi regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or failures of telecommunications networks.
